If you say “I don’t have buyers,” try this:
Take your last lead.
Before making an offer, call 3–5 investors and say:
“Hey, quick question—if I had a deal like this around [price range], would you be interested?”
That one question will teach you more than 100 YouTube videos.
No pressure. No contract. Just data.
