πŸ’‘ TRAINING TIPS AND DRILLS β€” From Coach Jay and Coach John
This thread is where Coach Jay and Coach John drop training tips, drill breakdowns, conditioning advice, and development insights regularly.
Check back here often. New content drops consistently.
Members can also share their own tips and drills in the comments. If you have something that has worked for you β€” share it. That is the culture here. We pour into each other.
First tip from Coach Jay:
"The most underrated thing in cheer training is consistency over intensity. Most athletes train hard for two weeks and then disappear for a week. The athletes who get to the next level are the ones who show up every single day β€” even on the days they do not feel like it. Especially on those days. The climb does not care how you feel. It only rewards the ones who keep moving."
