  • Under chest (heart centre & ribs) – Expand gently with each inhale; soften with each exhale.
  • Stomach – Welcome ease, digestion, and inner calm.
  • Pelvis – Ground into stability, creativity, and safety.
  • Lower back – Offer support and warmth; release tension into the earth.
  • Mid back – Invite strength and gentle alignment.
  • Shoulders – Let burdens drop; feel lightness and space.
  • Knees – Encourage flexibility, trust, and forward movement.
  • Soles of feet – Root deeply; connect to the earth’s steady energy.
Finish –
Bring awareness to the whole body.
Sense energy flowing freely from crown to feet.
Take a slow breath in… and out.
