BUT! What helps me snap into creation mode:
- A quick breathwork session
- A solid workout
- Or some EFT tapping to shift my state and boost my energy ⚡️
And most importantly… remembering the impact and connecting to my "WHY". What if something I say today helps someone feel seen? Or even shifts their entire life?
That said, if I’m in a low vibe and just can’t shake it, I don’t force it.Because energy is everything—and people can feel when it’s off.
