Bagged & Tagged Morning Operating System:
  1. Wake up
  • Drink water with electrolytes.
  • Start your coffee.
  • Feed the dogs.
  • Eat a banana.
  • Take your creatine (5 g).
  • Get dressed for the ice bath.
  • Meet with God first
  • Read a few verses from Psalms (about 5 minutes).
  • Pray simply: “Lord, guide my steps today.”
  • This isn’t about checking a box. It’s about orienting your heart before the day begins.
  • Ice bath
  • Spend a 3 minutes in the cold.
  • Focus on breathing and surrender rather than enduring.
  • Open Trainerize.
  • No extra decisions—just begin the scheduled workout. (And to warm up)
  • Keep the session focused (around 45 minutes)
  • Transition
  • Go deeper with God
  • Read your main Scripture passage.
  • Journal what stands out.
  • Sit quietly for a few minutes, listening more than talking.
Wake → Prepare → Meet with God → Ice Bath → Train → Shower → Abide
