Here are some exercises that can be done at home.
No equipment needed!
I have added audio to guide you through each of them.
You can stay with them for as little as 2 minutes each or 10 minutes each. It is totally up to you (make sure you do both sides of the body when working one at a time though 😅).
There is a part 1 & part 2 so watch in order so you can get a nice nervous system shake out at the end.
