I am noodling on some ideas for us to connect either online (initially) and/or in person (eventually) - get-togethers are not coaching calls but rather connection opportunities where we get to know each other a bit better through activities.
Please weigh in on what would be the most fun for you. These are open to both the free and paid community.
Here are the full descriptions. Select any and all that speak to you in the poll below.
- Lunch & Laugh: noon time (EST) Zoom call where we hop on and chat about anything and everything - what’s up for the weekend, funniest thing that happened this week, whatever! 30 minute call, weekly
- Walk & Talk: Hop on the treadmill, the trail and Zoom. We do a quick check of our steps at the opening of the call, then walk and chat about anything and everything. This is Lunch ‘n Laugh with trainers on. 30 minute call, weekly
- Wine & Dine: This is for the foodies and wine lovers out there (as well as the sober-curious). We’ll talk about what we’ve whipped up, which wine (or beverage) we’ve paired it with and what makes it such a good match. The focus is all about the flavour, the food experience. 1 hour call, monthly, evening. Specify EST or PST if this is your choice.
