One Pan two meals!
An easy meal prep for you… All you need is one pan and a rice cooker. 1- set your rice cooker off, ensuring enough for two meals. 2- turn your pan on medium-high heat with olive oil and once warm enough, add in chopped garlic and onion. 3- after 1-2 minutes, add in your beef mince and let it sear on one side, season the uncooked side with cajun, paprika, and garlic powder. 4- after it is browned on one side flip over and repeat with the seasonings. 5-when both sides seared, break up your beef mince and add in any veggies that need cooking( i use pepper and chillis mostly. (Also add in any tomato paste here) Once all thoroughly cooked, rice included, plate up and enjoy! To add some more taste you can also add greek yogurt or feta cheese!

One Pan two meals!
How I eat on a busy day!
Been way to busy today, the easiest way to get round this i found is to meal prep something quick the night before! The first meal i had on the go was greek yogurt, raspberries, blueberries, cashew nuts, peanut butter, dark chocolate, honey and dates. My next meal was a 1 pan meal, feta cheese, salmon, garlic, tomatoes, olive oil. All i did was throw this in a pan for 30 minutes. Hopefully something a bit better for my last meal tn 😂😂

An Easy meal prep for you!
This gave me 3 meals... Chop 2 large sweet potatoes in half, put on a tray with foil and season with salt olive oil and pepper. Pu these in the oven/airfryer at 200*C for 45 minutes. Make sure the inside of the sweet potato is face down! While this is cooking Season 1Kg of chicken breast with olive oil 2 limes, cajun, pepper, salt, garlic seasoning, garlic cloves and coriander. Cook for 30 minutes on 200*C for 34 minutes and flip halfway. If you want add a little olive oil to a pan and cook off some broccoli or any other vegetables Once the chicken is cooked chop up and sprinkle one more lime over the top of it all. Once its all cooked i split the sweet potatoes evenly and the same with the chicken. If your feeling cheeky add some feta cheese on top and enjoy!!

An easy one pan meal prep.
These ingredients gave me about 3 meals. Ingredients: - 1kg Chicken breast - 4 cloves Garlic - 2-3 shallots - You can use any veg, but i used broccoli, tomatoes, Courgette. - 400-500ml Chicken stock - Uncooked Jasmine rice - Tomato puree - Parsley, coriander - Feta cheese - Spices: Paprika, garlic powder, cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, olive oil. 1. Put a pan on medium high heat and while eating up, cut up your chicken and season generously, Dont put oil in the pan! 2. Once, your pan is warm add your chicken and let it cook fully, while cooking cut up all the vegetables you are using. 3. Take all your chicken out of that pan, put aside, and add a little oil into the pan now, after a few minutes, add in your chopped vegetables. 4. Let them cook for a few minutes, then add tomato puree, give it a mix, then add in your uncooked rice(enough for 3 portions). 5. Give the rice and vegetables a few minutes to cook, then add in your chicken and your 400-500ml of chicken stock. 6. Put a lid on the pan and allow the chicken stock to boil, ,keep checking occasionally, after a few minutes add in your parsley and coriander. 7. Once it reaches your desired consitency, Take off the heat, add in your feta cheese, plate up and enjoy. Im currently sat eating it as i type this and i think it tastes better the day after! Lmk how it goes.

With warmer weather coming this is my go to! Salmon/ chicken thigh salad. (either works) - 2 salmon fillets - 1 pepper - Half an onion - Handful cherry tomatoes - Cucumber - 1 lime - Feta cheese or halloumi - Apple cider vinegar (optional) - Any other salad you want - (if you want to add carbs cook some baby potatoes) 1. Season your salmon or chicken thighs with paprika, cajun seasoning, garlic powder and abit of olive oil. Cook 200*C for 20 min (Salmon) or 200*C 30 Mins (Chicken Thighs) 2. Cut up all your vegetables and add into a bowl. 3. Add lime juice, apple cider vinegar and olive oil and mix it together. 4. Add in your salmon or chicken and cut into small chunks. 5. Give it another mix after adding feta cheese and enjoy! If you make this reply to this and lets see how it looks!
