Cook your chicken and add all your seasonings Add chopped tomatoes, garlic and shallots (Boil your pasta while this is happening) Ensure everything is cooked fully Add in your passata or pasta sauce Add in your pasta and mix together Garnish with coriander, Chilli flakes and salt!

For me it was chicken breast, avocado tomatoes and some mozzarella. Easy and tastes unreal!
On the go meals
Anyone have any tips for on the go meals? I recently started a 9-5 and I find i’m coming home too exhausted to cook food for my lunch for the next day. I know meal prep is an option but sometimes I get to icked out seeing day or two old food in a container.

I would say try to meal prep, however if you dont want to do that maybe tuna in a tin and some microwaved rice with maybe some vegetables, its not the best but it will do

One pan Salmon!
An easy recipe for you here Salmon fillets Tomatoes Brocolli Feta cheese Any seasonings and olive oil 1.preheat your oven to 200°C 2.add everything to a pan and drizzle olive oil and your seasonings ontop 1. Cook for 30 minutes, add to a bowl and enjoy!
