Truth Bomb!
I steal contractors from big box builders around me... I'm always "on the hunt."
It works like a charm for a couple of reasons.
- Regular framers: Team of 4 will take a couple/few weeks to frame
- The dudes I poached: Team of 11! House is framed in and almost dried-in in about 5-6 days!!!
It's faster and t's cheaper.
Quality you say? Same...
Labor? It's actually lower... but why? because they are efficient through volume.
The longer you take building, the more expensive the entire project becomes.
Let's go!
P.S. It's Spring Break and we're on a family trip so we ARE NOT having class tonight.
