BUSTED houses!
Getting ready to close on this CLUNKER!!!!
It’s so bad. Most investors want to to buy this, fix it up… take it from “Ugly-Duckling to Beautiful-Swan!”
Not this guy…
I’m going to take the trash out of it… cut out the mold… and sell it. Let someone else go through the pain of having to remodel this sucker.
Yes… Duplex Build 2 Rent first but this is what we in the industry call… “Opportunity Target”
It’s simple.
Fairly straight forward.
Doesn’t require a heavy “LIFT” and we move on.
Moral of the story… don’t pass up opportunities just because you’re trying to build a Duplex.
