How are you keeping a "Clutter free Mind?"
How are you keeping a "Clutter free Mind?" So as we close the week, I have had a sweet and sour week. Some wins and more Losses in terms of focus than I would have wanted. I noticed the guys with the best communities and those making it work seem to be " LOCKED IN" Some days I was locked in on the mission of serving my community and my coaching clients and two days I had some brain fog, was distracted by "Doom scrolling" and definitely did not progress at all. I am curious, what Tools, apps, hacks do you have to keep you on track and focused and doing the work? When I snapped out of it, I closed the blinds, got ear plugs, got some focus music, This guy is pretty good ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74cOUSKXMz0&t=966s) and went 6 hrs uninterrupted, Please share your methods. Focus on their problem, their goal, their win, not your credentials.💥💣💥 💡 Pro Tip: One well-crafted UVV© statement beats a page of “I do this, I do that, here’s why you should work with me” copy.
