"How did you get this number?"

I'm thinking of doing one of the ideas that were mentioned in the training of calling the shot caller I'm mailing to before I send my envelope to double check their address (and hopefully increase the response rates).

I have some personal numbers for some of them.

Obviously they aren't expecting me to call.

What would some good responses be if they ask where/how I got their number?
