I have received 2 messages in LinkedIn from the Recruiters who is offering a Test role. It remote job and occasional travle to Germany. I asked for a relocation there since i have an OP card. Yet to get a reply. Anyhow, even if i get rejected i won't be upset because I have got this kind of messages after a loooooooooong time. So I am happy that my profile is visible. Let's c. Fingers crossed.

Those 20x people who attended last week's SOLO mode Q&A session know me a bit. And for those who didn't this is Arul Dhinesh. I am the pilot guy who had an amazing chance of joining this Solo mode program. I enrolled in the program on 28th March, 2025. I had one month's time to make myself visible to potential employers in Germany which I did get to some extent. I built my LinkedIn and Xing profiles from scratch and got many impressions in just 15 days. The adrenaline rush was real. Vowed myself to be consistent and do more each day. To be honest it was there for three months. Later it just slowly vanished so gradually!!! Not to mention the lame excuses I made myself that I don't have sufficient Deutsch proficiency whatsoever! You know what I just quit! I remained silent in the community! My German was just A1 then. Barely could understand or speak. Now I have started where I left off spending min 2 hours to max 3 hours pro Tag. The language is slowly making sense just after I put efforts. Received my 2nd message from a HR. he has mentioned about two roles. both are relevant to me. so I agreed for those. waiting for his second reply. earlier I got one message from a HR, She has replied with a negative feedback as they want a people who is very good in German. Thanks, I'll post if anything else I have.
