Senior AI Engineer Interview Experience at Aleph Alpha
I am sharing my recent interview experience with Aleph Alpha for the Senior AI Engineer role. The process started with a screening round, where the discussion was mostly around my past experience, visa-related questions, and overall fit for the role. They also mentioned that if I was the right fit, they would support me with the visa process. The next step was an online test, which included questions on AI concepts and two Python coding problems. After that, I had the technical round. In this round, they asked questions based on my previous experience and also focused on a specific framework that is still quite new in the market. During the interview, I chose to be honest. Instead of trying to act like I knew everything, I showed interest in the framework and explained that I had explored it through some side projects. The reason for the rejection was mainly that they were looking for someone with stronger hands-on experience in that particular framework. Even though I was rejected, the overall experience was really positive. The process was smooth, professional, and a valuable learning experience for me. I would also like to sincerely thank @Ameenur Rahaman Servarr Basha for helping me throughout the process. One key takeaway from this experience is that sometimes being a strong overall fit is not enough if the role requires deep expertise in one specific framework.

Regarding my Job Application process, I have been applying for jobs in Germany for few years but without knowing the expectation of German Job Market. And after joining the B2 Consultants, with so much of clarity I keep applying for the jobs but with the knowledge of what is the expectation from the Company. After Joining Community: I applied nearly 5 to 6 jobs every week adopting my resume to the respective JD. Some got rejections and for some didn't get the response yet. But will keep the spirit up and will continue my hunting. Thank You

Travel to Germany
Hi Guys, I have an Opportunity Card in my hand currently but I am still in India with a job and searching for Jobs in Germany with a note of Ready to Relocate. I am looking for some suggestions where I have 3 options in front of me: 1. Quit the Job in India, take risk and travel to Germany & look for the jobs. Advantage of availability anytime for an interview or Joining immediately. 2. Don't Quit the Job in India, keep looking for Jobs in Germany anyways I have mentioned OP card in resume and Job Portals. 3. I am not sure this option is right. Take Sabbatical leave for 6 months and travel to Germany for Job search. And for all these, I have to arrange loan for staying for financial backup. That's the main reason stopping me from taking any decisions hastily. From the above options anything may or may not work. But I want to know the view points from you all.

Hi Bro, As per your guidance I have started learning automation especially on Playwright with Javascript. Through that I have done a POC in my project a desktop application which was difficult to do in Selenium tool. It was successful and it reduces 80% of manual effort. I am modifying my Resume as per your suggestion that what result I gave in my current role which benefitted my project. Thank you so much for your guidance bro.
Positive feedback for Interview process
Yesterday, I received a reply from a company asking for additional documents for the next stage of the interview process. I followed the right steps, optimized my resume, cleared ATS. This is the first positive response Iโ€™ve received โ€” and it feels great! Now Iโ€™m more confident than ever to approach companies. Grateful for the guidance and support @Ameenur Rahaman Servarr Basha bro. Letโ€™s keep growing!
