Friday Wins
Started my gym program this week and the main thing I am focusing this week is building good habits while managing my time. I found that the less I am trying to cramp my activities, the more I focus on one activity at a time is actually better for me in terms of my quality in that action and my time management. Past 3 days my sleep schedule has been much organized and better and hopefully I can keep it up.
