As we move through Memorial Day, I want us to pause for a moment and reflect spiritually. One thing many people experience during spiritual awakening is grief. Not just grief from deathโฆ but grief from transformation. Grieving: โข old versions of ourselves โข relationships we outgrew โข beliefs we no longer align with โข identities we had to release โข friendships that shifted โข the person we used to be before awakening Spiritual awakening is beautifulโฆ but it can also feel lonely, emotional, confusing, and heavy at times. Sometimes awakening requires us to let go of entire versions of our lives in order to step into alignment. โจ Discussion Question: What is something your spiritual awakening has forced you to release, outgrow, or see differently? And do you feel more at peace nowโฆ or are you still navigating that transformation? This is a safe space for reflection, healing, honesty, and connection. ๐
