🔥 CHALLENGE OF THE MONTH: The Becoming Her 30-Day Power Challenge This challenge is designed to help you strengthen your body, mind, and spirit — with small, meaningful actions done consistently. These tasks are simple, but the impact is life-changing. This is the challenge where you begin BECOMING HER — the woman you admire, respect, and trust. ✨ DAILY TASKS (Do These Every Day for 30 Days) 1️⃣ Move Your Body for 20 Minutes Walk, stretch, lift, Pilates, yoga — anything. The goal is consistency, not perfection. Move like a woman who values her health. 2️⃣ 5 Minutes of Stillness (Meditation or Deep Breathing) Sit with yourself. Calm your nervous system. Connect inward. This is your grounding practice. 3️⃣ 10 Minutes of Learning or Reading Choose something that feeds your growth: – Self-improvement – Spiritual development – Mindset – Healing – Empowerment Expand your mind daily. 4️⃣ Drink 70–100 oz of Water Hydration improves energy, mood, clarity, and fat loss. Take care of your body from the inside out. 5️⃣ One Empowered Choice Every Day This is your “BECOMING HER” moment. Examples: – Choose a healthy meal – Say no when you mean no – Stop scrolling – Speak your truth – Go to bed on time – Do something that aligns with your future self One aligned action every day = identity shift. 6️⃣ Gratitude (Write 3 Things) Every night, write three things you’re grateful for.
