Our Subconcious
Its such a funny thing, our subconscious. Its where all the magic lives and here we can shape our reality. Here our value and belief system lies which governs our daily feelings and behavior. When you understand how to tap into it you can start to change your whole life. For instance, if you at some point in your life had the experience of being humiliated for speaking up, your brain might register that as a dangerous activity and you might spend your whole life avoiding situations where the spotlight might shine on you. So you have a belief that being in the center of the attention is a bad thing and your whole personality aligns to that belief. But its a false belief. It just an event that happened some time in the past. The whole world has changed since then, and you as well. But if you try to force yourself into the spotlight without changing the belief your whole nervous system goes into fight or flight and you have the experience of something horrible is happening. So you get a panic attack before speaking in public, your mind races over all the possible horrible scenarios that might potentially happen and you stand there, up on the stage, blushing, trembling, voice shaking and you forget what you were going to say. AWFUL EXPERIENCE! But if you tap into the unconscious and reprogram yourself in a way that you start believing that your have a calling to speak your truth and you feel all the emotions of having a wonderful time up on that stage, in time that will be your reality. There are many ways to go there; hypnosis, visualizations, quantum jumping, timeline jumping...it has a lot of names. But essentially is just about reaching a calm state and feel good, if you can, feel love and gratitude. And from that place imagine yourself standing up on that stage after a presentation and feel how proud you are. Feel how amazing this was. And how fund it was!! try to smile and laugh during this imagination process. Laughter and smile bring a warm feeling around your chest or maybe your stomach. This is the emotional stage you want to be in when visualizing these value and belief changes.

Timeline Jumping and Manifestation
Hi everyone ❤️ and welcome to this corner of Skool. I want to share with you parts and pieces of my journey to awaken to this life and understand more off what its all about. Lately I´ve been doing daily cacao ceremonials where we awaken our heart and then we go into timeline jumping. This topic was foreign for me not so long ago. I´ve been aware of manifestation since I watched the movie The Secret, I think back in 2006 or 2007, and I understood the part where you were supposed to feel as if the thing had already happen. I´ve played with this since, and during feeling the future state I desired, i managed somehow to embody it, but it was infrequent and daily life distracted me. Timeline jumping is manifestation. You just visualize your self in a desired state and then you breathe in and when you breathe out, your there. And you feel how this version of you feels. You try to see what your doing in that timeline and when you come back to your current reality you remember what you did differently there as opposed to where you are currently. Now I made a point of a daily meditation with ceremonial cacao and meditation based on timeline jumping and I think I see this clearer now! I'm excited to share with you my insights and hope that this will resonate with you and give you glimpses on what to do. Its pretty simple actually. I think that daily life interrupts us being in the state of the wanted future because we have so many unconscious conditioning. So, when timeline jumping we need to explore what is different in that desired timeline vs. our current reality. When we come back, we come back with some lessons. Maybe we don't see the whole picture clearly so we might need devotion and finding daily time to remember the feeling and the lessons. So for me, one desire is to loose my excess weight that I have accumulated through the years. I jump to a timeline where I have lost it and I explore what I'm doing. I see that I'm happily active, love good nourishing food, I don't drink that much, I'm happy with family and friends, I don't doom scroll, my sleep is steady, deep and regular, my life is free of stress etc. Those are the lessons I'm taking back to my current reality.
