Its such a funny thing, our subconscious. Its where all the magic lives and here we can shape our reality. Here our value and belief system lies which governs our daily feelings and behavior. When you understand how to tap into it you can start to change your whole life.
For instance, if you at some point in your life had the experience of being humiliated for speaking up, your brain might register that as a dangerous activity and you might spend your whole life avoiding situations where the spotlight might shine on you. So you have a belief that being in the center of the attention is a bad thing and your whole personality aligns to that belief. But its a false belief. It just an event that happened some time in the past. The whole world has changed since then, and you as well. But if you try to force yourself into the spotlight without changing the belief your whole nervous system goes into fight or flight and you have the experience of something horrible is happening. So you get a panic attack before speaking in public, your mind races over all the possible horrible scenarios that might potentially happen and you stand there, up on the stage, blushing, trembling, voice shaking and you forget what you were going to say. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
But if you tap into the unconscious and reprogram yourself in a way that you start believing that your have a calling to speak your truth and you feel all the emotions of having a wonderful time up on that stage, in time that will be your reality.
There are many ways to go there; hypnosis, visualizations, quantum jumping, timeline jumping...it has a lot of names. But essentially is just about reaching a calm state and feel good, if you can, feel love and gratitude. And from that place imagine yourself standing up on that stage after a presentation and feel how proud you are. Feel how amazing this was. And how fund it was!! try to smile and laugh during this imagination process. Laughter and smile bring a warm feeling around your chest or maybe your stomach. This is the emotional stage you want to be in when visualizing these value and belief changes.
Do this daily for as long as you have to and just watch the changes in your life ❤️
