I skated as a child and recalled the great joy it brought me.

Challenges: I still have difficulty judging how light or dark a color will dry. The mountains in the background were supposed to be super light so that the figure would stand out better. Instead they dried a couple of shades darker than I intended.

Watercolor continues to snowboard me!
