What does everyone use to stay on top of transaction management from contract to close, including:
- Task workflows
- Reminder emails
- Document and PDF forwarding and filing
I currently use a transaction coordinator, but it costs $450 per transaction and the quality has slipped significantly. I'm dabbling in Listed Kit AI, but it is very limited since it is only web-based and does not have OpenAPI / cannot integrate with my emails.
Currently using:
- Todoist for tasks
- Skyslope through my brokerage for file management
- Listed Kit for deadlines and reminder emails
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
