Live Call Issues - Fixed
Hey everyone, A few people messaged me about issues with the link to the live call. I moved it to a live call on Skool instead of on Google Meet. This has happened before on past calls so moving forward I will just be doing all of the live calls on Skool. i am on the Skool call now if anyone still wants to ask any questions about their automation builds My apologies for anyone who had the same issues!
Google Gemini is now Agentic in Chrome
Hey everyone! Google just announced a major Chrome integration for Gemini, giving it agent-like abilities that go way beyond summarizing web pages. Here’s what’s exciting and why it matters: - Ask Gemini to clarify or edit info directly on any webpage - Compare products or info across multiple tabs fast - Recall what site you saw something on last week - Schedule meetings, get directions, and search videos inside a page - Book appointments or fill carts for you (you check out at the end) - Chrome address bar gets AI Mode for rich, follow-up searches - Scam detection boosted using Gemini Nano - 1-click password fixes for leaked logins on popular sites Basically, Gemini is turning Chrome from a browser into a smart, helpful assistant that understands context, takes initiative, and helps us automate more daily tasks. This feels like a pretty serious step towards AI agents becoming everyday tools. 'Realty-AI' - AI Real Estate Chatbots
Hey everyone, I just got off the phone with one of the founders of Realty-AI. They created a tool that gives you intelligent AI Agents for your real estate website. They have a couple thousand Realtors using their platform currently. Just wanted to share as it seems like a great solution if you're an agent who is too busy to set up your own custom chatbot, or just don't have the technical skill to do so. Here is their website: https://www.realty-ai.com/ Anyone have any experience with them?
Ai to automate transaction/process?
What does everyone use to stay on top of transaction management from contract to close, including: - Task workflows - Reminder emails - Document and PDF forwarding and filing I currently use a transaction coordinator, but it costs $450 per transaction and the quality has slipped significantly. I'm dabbling in Listed Kit AI, but it is very limited since it is only web-based and does not have OpenAPI / cannot integrate with my emails. Currently using: - Todoist for tasks - Skyslope through my brokerage for file management - Listed Kit for deadlines and reminder emails Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
