I'm looking for an AI Operator...
Hey everyone, I have a unique opportunity for an AI Operator that wants to run one of my portfolio companies.
We've created an AI Voice Company, aiphonez.com that undercuts every single voice AI solution on the market.
Most AI Agencies are charging $2k to $8k just to set these agents up. On top of that they charge a monthly retainer and a per minute usage fee.
AIPhonez was built with the vision that any business owner can build and deploy their own AI voice agent in under a minute. From there, they can use plain English to prompt the AI voice agent to do anything their heart desires.
Live transfer calls... Appointment booking... SMS follow up... CRM Integration... etc
You can literally prompt the AI, and it will change the AI voice agent for you.
What I'm Looking for in an Operator:
- Someone young and hungry who wants to run a company, not work at one.
- Someone with development experience AND sales experience. This isn't a beginner position and I'm not going to teach you fundamentals.
- You move fast. Nobody has to chase you. You see something broken and you fix it before I ask.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding / Activating new clients to ensure they actually get results
- Overseeing ad campaigns
- Upselling clients on usage
- Maintaining the software itself
- Hiring and building the team under you as it scales.
What You Get:
- Equity and a meaningful cut of the profit
- I coach you personally. I've built two AI companies and every system I learned building them gets installed into you directly.
- Sales systems, ops systems, hiring, fulfillment, all of it.
The goal is simple. We take this to seven figures together and you come out the other side owning a real company and knowing how to build the next one.
