(START HERE) Welcome to Automation Academy! 🎉
Hey everyone - glad you're here. Whether you joined for the courses, the community, or both, this will be the most valuable investment you've made if you actually use it. I think most people join things like this and never do anything with them. Don't be that person. I created this community to help you grow in your career, your personal life, and connect with like-minded people who are actually doing the work. It's about you and I hope you enjoy everything my team and I have put into it. First thing - book your onboarding call with me: BOOK FREE ONBOARDING CALL This is a one-time call where we'll go over what you're trying to build and give you a custom roadmap. Most people skip this and wonder why they're not getting results. Don't skip it. New here and on the free plan? You still get access to the first 4 modules of every mastery course — check the "Free Preview" versions in the Classroom. Try before you buy. Second thing - introduce yourself below: - What's your name? - Where are you based? - What made you join and what are you trying to build? I want to see where everyone's coming from and what you're working on. The courses cover AI video mastery, automation, sales frameworks, prompt engineering, GHL, and more. The AI space is evolving fast and I'm adding new stuff constantly so you have the most current training. Before you touch any course, watch the mindset videos. I know it sounds like something you'd skip. Don't. People who actually build stuff and get results watch these first. People who just collect courses and never execute skip them. The community part matters more than you think. Ask questions. Answer questions. Share what you're building. The people who engage here get way more out of it than the ones who lurk. That's just how it works. If you're looking to hire, get hired, or partner with someone, check the Partnerships section. Weekly Live Class (Code Brew): Every Thursday 8am - 9am PST. Bring your questions and anything you're stuck on. We go through it together live.

Your AI agent can render video now. Free.
Most people think AI video means typing a prompt into a generator and praying. Wrong. Here's the move. HeyGen just open-sourced HyperFrames. It turns HTML, CSS, and JavaScript into rendered MP4 video. Your AI coding agent writes the code. 🟠 Run npx skills add heygen-com/hyperframes and point Claude Code at it. 🟠 Ask in plain English: "10-second product intro, fade-in title, background music." 🟠 Preview in the browser, render to MP4 locally. Drop in ready blocks like CSV bar-chart races or website-to-video. A custom animated explainer runs hundreds from a motion designer. This runs on your Claude subscription. One catch. You need Node.js 22, FFmpeg, and comfort in a terminal. Not no-code yet. Operators who script their video win. Everyone else keeps booking editors. Comment FRAMES and I'll send you the exact 3 videos I'd build first.

Your AI output isn't bad. Nothing's checking it.
Most people think weak AI output means a weak model. Wrong. Here's the reality. The output is bad because nothing grades it before it ships. Anthropic just proved this with a feature called Outcomes. You write a rubric for what good looks like. A separate agent scores every output against it and kicks back anything that fails. The agent that did the work never grades its own work. No model change. Just a grading loop. The result on their benchmarks. 10.1% better PowerPoint quality. 8.4% better Word docs. You can copy the same loop into any build. I wrote up the exact setup. The 5 steps, the copy-paste grader prompt, and the 3 mistakes that kill it. https://gamma.app/docs/The-Outcomes-Rubric-Setup-dxb8sevv23lhnjs

One operator. Five agents. One screen.
Most people run Claude Code one task at a time. Open the terminal, wait, babysit it, repeat. Here's the move. Claude Code just shipped Agent View. Type claude agents and you get one screen running every session at once. Dispatch a bug fix, a landing page, and a lead scrape as three separate rows. They keep working with no terminal attached. You only step in when a row says it needs you. One catch. Each agent burns your quota independently. Ten running in parallel eats your limit ten times as fast. This is how one operator starts working like a five person team. Comment PARALLEL and I'll send you the exact 3 agents I'd run first.
Anthropic is giving your agents free credits on June 15
Here's what most people missed this week. Starting June 15, your Agent SDK and headless Claude Code runs (claude -p) stop counting against your plan limits. Anthropic is giving you a separate monthly credit instead. $20 on Pro. $100 on Max 5x. $200 on Max 20x. That's free fuel for scheduled agents, GitHub Actions, and anything you build on the Agent SDK. Your interactive limits don't change. This is pure extra. One catch. It's a one-time opt-in. You claim it in your Claude account or it sits there doing nothing. Comment AGENT and I'll send you the first 5 automations I'd run on the free credit.
