Why Title Companies Give Investors These Lists Title reps provide lists because they want: - Your future closings - Your title insurance business If you start doing deals, they benefit. Along with auction dates, owners name, property address and case ID. I know it has done its job as I tested and compared the information at least 3 times to see if it did pull the data I was searching. The way I did this was run the scraper and then when it was complete, I opened up the link myself and went to the correlated date to see if it matched? Eureka!!!! 💡 it worked!!!
