Mail Meteor (Free Account)
Spam Checker (Free Email Tools)
Lumrid (Free Email Verifier)
I was able to send out a scheduled email campaign to some "expired listing" leads that I manually pulled from Propwire. And by using the free tools provided I ensured that my emails will pass the spam filters and go straight to inbox.
With direct mail by email I am able to provide my business website link to redirect sellers to fill out my required form to submit their property details for review. This improves my speed to lead approach as well as appropriately getting INBOUND LEADS.

Disclaimer: I have also connected my webiste to Google Search so not only am I am manually guiding leads to my website by email. I am also now organically showing in Google Search.
