Running Your Business: Time Management
If you wish to succeed as a real estate wholesaler then you need to make time. Just the same way you make time to answer a phone call from a family member, the same way you make plans to hang out with friends, the same way you make time to set your alarm clock for work, the same way you make time to make beat the morning traffic……..
You need to make time to set up email campaigns, you need to make time to check your analytics, you need to make time to make necessary changes to your system, you need to make time to run the property address through the deal analyzer, you need to make time to send a contract with no errors……
Just because you have a system doesn’t mean you have a solid business. You are the boss and the boss needs to know how everything functions, operates, produces and generates. You control all the moving parts.
Create. Monitor. Adjust. Solve. Implement. Repeat.
