In real estate, it’s more of a mental stasis of task after task in order to push beyond what’s holding you back from getting proven results. It always been a plus for me to learn how to FREE MY MIND before going into the next responsibility.
What most of us don’t realize is that it’s not about just waking up and starting the day. It’s knowing that there’s things that need to be accomplished before we can get to the next part of our day and that also includes micro managing the things that need to be completed.
Example:
Eating breakfast is not just eating breakfast. It’s deciding what to eat, selecting the pan or the pot, cleaning up behind ourselves and washing the dishes and then putting everything we used away or back where we got it from. Then getting ready for work. Small things that complete the overall goal.
In real estate it’s no different. In order to get a deal closed you need to execute a series of events in order to say you successfully closed a deal. This can cause mental exhaustion in most people who don’t prepare themselves for it.
So, always remember to free your mind of any noise from your previous part of the day (at least 10 minutes ) and start making room for the next part of the day when it comes to offering yourself peace, control, and an empty canvas for success with what comes next.
Practice Meditation. 🧘♂️ Have a good day!
