Deal Submission Portal Update: AutoClose REI Deals
The buyers network that I am connected to has changed their preference to the following criteria. They will now only look at fix and flips with a maximum of $50K rehab or repairs and rentals that are at least 60% of the Zillow asking price. The portal has reflected the following criteria so you now know the requirements for future deal submissions. I have provided the following form as updated:
