Attention: AutoClose REI Members (Post Your Deals)
You can now post your deals for review that are under contract, opportunities that you are working on and would like to get a deal evaluation completed or using the AutoClose REI free tools and resources to submit deals to our buyers network.
Please use the provided “website form” to submit any and all your deals. This form is privacy protected and will require that all members who submit a deal for review will need to sign a “Co-Wholesaling” contract after submission.
This contract offers AutoClose REI the rights and interests to help market your deal to our pre-qualified buyers network. Please be sure to use a valid email address and contact phone number so we can effectively communicate with you during our approval process. We will need your full cooperation and timely manner to ensure we offer you the due diligence that you expect when submitting your deal for review.
Please allow at least 24 hours after submission to get a response from our underwriters as we offer our full attention to each deal submission's respectfully for a proper review. If we find that the deal is a fit for our buyers network, we will support you throughout the entire deal closing process from start to finish offering you insight, knowledge and making sure the paperwork is handled correctly. As a dispositions manager company we can help with Title Companies, Earnest Money Deposits, Double Closing funds and Hard Money Loan options if needed by request.
