You don’t need to get rid of the second wave, the moment the left brain kicks in.
It will come.
The questioning
The checking
The “was that right?”
That’s not the problem.
What changes everything
is whether you follow it.
Because the moment the second wave comes in,
your attention tends to move with it.
👉 away from the first moment
👉 into the thinking about it
And that’s where clarity starts to blur.
Not because you’ve lost the awareness —
but because you’ve moved away from it.
This is something I want you to begin noticing:
There was a moment before the second wave.
And that moment is still accessible.
You don’t need to fight the mind
or try to stop it.
Just recognise:
👉 that’s interesting- where was I before this started?
And return there.

When the second wave comes in,
do you notice yourself following it?
Or can you stay with the first moment?
This is where spiritual stability begins to form.
