How to recognise intuition
Most people don’t lose the first moment, that intuitive hit.
They override it.
But the real question is:
👉 how do you actually recognise it when it happens?
Because it doesn’t usually feel like something obvious.
It often shows up as:
• a subtle shift in your body
• a change in your breathing
• a quick knowing before words
• a brief awareness that comes and goes
and you are left wondering "where did that come from?"
And then the second wave comes in and asks:
“Was that something?”
"dont be ridiculous..."
And attention moves into thinking.
🌿 A SIMPLE WAY TO WORK WITH THIS
Next time something happens, try this:
  1. Notice the very first thing you became aware of
  2. Don’t name it
  3. Don’t try to understand it
Just recognise:
👉 that was the moment. That was intuition.
Even if it feels small.
Even if it feels unclear.
🌿 WHAT TO TAKE NOTICE OF
• how subtle the first moment is
• how quickly the second wave follows
• whether you move into thinking straight away
