Cuppa & Connection Replay ☕✨
It’s been a couple of months since I’ve really shown up here.
I’ve been sitting very quietly — not posting much in Spirit House, and not doing much on social media either. I’ve needed that time to ground, centre and recalibrate, rather than pushing myself to share simply because I felt I should.
And interestingly, that became part of what we talked about in today’s Cuppa & Connection: how the quieter periods are just as much a part of our growth as the times when we’re actively moving forward.
We reflected on some of the challenges we’re each navigating, particularly the challenge of trusting that things will unfold in the appropriate time. Not everything needs to be forced, solved or understood immediately.
It felt very reflective of the eclipse energies around us at the moment too — that sense of endings and beginnings, of things shifting beneath the surface before we necessarily know what comes next.
We pulled a card for the month, shared what’s been happening in our worlds, and had a very good laugh about life and everything that comes with it. And it was genuinely lovely to be online together again.
I’m still finding my feet and allowing myself to come back into sharing in a way that feels natural rather than forced, but you’ll be seeing more of me again here in Spirit House.
