This week we spoke about self-care — not as something extra to add in, but as something we actively honour… especially when life (or our body) is asking us to slow down.
We explored how illness can sometimes be a form of communication — a signal that something needs attention, space, or a different pace. Not something to push through, but something to listen to.
There was a strong thread around giving ourselves permission to pause, without guilt or needing to justify it.
And we moved into the breath.
We talked about how breath is more than just regulation — it’s a direct way to connect into Spirit and the greater field.
Not something complicated.
Not something you need to “get right.”
Just a simple return:

👉 to your awareness
👉 to connection
The breath brings you back into your own space — and from there, connection naturally strengthens.
We also pulled a card for the week, which beautifully reflected everything that came through in our conversation — a reminder to stay aware of what your system is asking for, and to meet it with presence
