Cheat meals
Do you ever feel guilty having a cheat meal, i use to as well but im human, we all are you just wanna make sure you dont make it an everyday thing.
  1. Have protien before or with your cheat meal because we know its typically gonna be lots of processed carbs. This will help reduce the blood sugar spike
  2. Workout before or right after your cheat meal this will keep insulin control and not spiral out of control
  3. Have some apple cider vinegar this will help reduce the blood sugar spike and help out insulin
  4. Take chromium this will help get glucose into the blood stream and go into your muscles more instead turning into fat
  5. Make your cheat meal Omad (one meal a day) and let it be your only meal that day.
