BEST RAW MILK ALTERNATIVES
if you don’t have access to raw milk or butchers nearby your abode, this sort of milk is the next best thing and will, (albeit with less results then raw milk ofc), still benefit you for a lower budget. Although pasteurized, it still retains some good nutrients, and the cows aren’t treated with a load of shit that attacks your body.
