The Universe Reminds Us - Get Creative!
This past weekend I was at a workshop with amazing folks - going through a guided meditation/hypnosis/journey (smack a label on it - they all seem to be the same just different words ;-))
One thing my inner child said loud and clear (both my Eddie J - early development Jennie - and my Addie J - adolescent Jennie - was that I needed to sing more. This was the way that I as an adult could “play” more with all the younger versions of me. I laughed as I love to sing. Music is my language. Car. Shower. Sing a message to my cats or hubs versus speaking it. 🤣
Dancing in the kitchen, doodling, drawing, writing - are also beautiful forms of joy. It opens channels to our inner child and to our higher self but it lightens the vibe that allows that connection.
