Sacred Guide Series: Archangel Michael
Archangel Michael is my number one go-to. Protector, truth-teller, cord-cutter… steady, strong, and clear - daily, multiple times a day sometimes!
I call on him every morning before meditation, every night in prayer, and anytime I’m holding space for the people I love. He’s the energy I lean into when I want to feel grounded, protected, and fully in my truth.
I also work with him in a way I call “bubbling up.” I visualize a protective bubble of light around whoever I’m focusing on… my husband when he’s cycling, my kids, my clients, myself after energy hygiene… even the walkers, runners, and yes, those kids on e-bikes who could use a little extra awareness. It’s not about fear, it’s about intention and support.
