Rest is Part of the Work
Rest isn’t something you earn after growth, it's needed in order to grow.
When you’re developing spiritually - tuning into intuition, noticing signs, processing emotions - you’re using energy in ways you may not even realize. That can show up as mental fatigue, emotional waves, or just feeling “off.”
This is where rest comes in. Not just sleep… but different kinds of rest:
  • Quieting the mind
  • Stepping away from noise and input
  • Being around (or away from) people intentionally (not isolation, but giving yourself a break)
  • Letting yourself feel without filtering
  • Reconnecting to something bigger than the day-to-day
  • Allowing creativity and stillness back in
Rest creates space and in that space, that is where clarity, insight, and alignment actually come to fruition.
If things feel heavy or unclear lately… it might not be that you need to do more. You might just need to rest.
