SHORT GRASS-FED RIBS (3)
Dill- just a small pinch of fresh cuts organic
Rosemary- fresh 1 whole 6 inch cut
Shallots- 1/4 cut diced
Beef tallow marinated sea salt- 2 tables sppons
Slow cooked for 6hrs
all Alkaline herbs and grass fed short ribs that are anti inflammatory- this is part of my combo diet
