We are excited to start puppy classes. I thought I would share a cute moment where Lucy was able to experience new sounds and get comfortable in a strange situation. My kids thought of the game. Lucy was nervous of the bag at first (they make a lot of sound when using them in the yard) and actually was barking at it, after the game she was fine to ignore the bags and seemed to enjoy being around the sound. We have always worked with our dogs to wait to be invited into the home after a walk or anytime we leave the front door. It helps keep it calm when we get home and everyone is trying to take off shoes and jackets. Lucy is doing so well with this. Always open to feedback. 😊

Before starting at Arsenal Pepper was not able to look at any dog near us without barking and lunging. She is now able to continue enjoying her walk while noticing dogs! We were even able to walk by a dog park with her still focused on her walk.

Of course when Ozzy is walking to heel, he always stops and auto downs when I stop. But I notice since being trained that he also stops and waits for me when I have him in a "free" during our walks. No more pulling ahead when I stop. All on his own, he stops and waits for me to walk again. And absolutely no stimming required. Such a polite boy! Video attached.
