We have always worked with our dogs to wait to be invited into the home after a walk or anytime we leave the front door. It helps keep it calm when we get home and everyone is trying to take off shoes and jackets. Lucy is doing so well with this. Always open to feedback. 😊

We are excited to start puppy classes. I thought I would share a cute moment where Lucy was able to experience new sounds and get comfortable in a strange situation. My kids thought of the game. Lucy was nervous of the bag at first (they make a lot of sound when using them in the yard) and actually was barking at it, after the game she was fine to ignore the bags and seemed to enjoy being around the sound. I followed Jessica’s advice and always pressed the tone button when calling Ozzy to come. Now when he is in the yard, all I have to do is press the tone button once from anywhere in the house and Ozzy comes back inside the house. Video attached. Please excuse my messy house. We just moved in😀. In the video, I only press the tone button once. You see the remote blink green. This is so amazing because there is no yelling at Ozzy from the back door. If I want him back in the house, I just press the tone button. Thank you Jessica! 🤗😘
