Step 2: The 5 Daily Primers
These 5 moves are the backbone of your Daily Physical Practice.
Do them 1–2–3 times daily to:
✅ Reset body alignment, stress & energy fast
✅ Primes Body & Mind for Readiness
✅ Build momentum & self belief through micro-wins
✅ Stack (3) 5 min a day = 100 hours of practice in a year = better than 95% of population
Your 5 Primers:
  1. The Root → Wake up your feet & nervous system
  2. Rebounding → bounce stress out of your body
  3. Reaching → move in all ranges of motion, unlocking neck/spine/shoulders
  4. ARMOHBB → top move to enhance your posture
  5. The Get Up → swiss army knives of high value, general conditioning
