I’m trying to be more intentional with what I’m eating at the minute…
And looking at the anti inflammatory foods I noticed fish is great....
I can do tuna all day.
But the rest? Not so much šŸ˜…
I've never been much of a fish fan...
Particularly salmon and .. what do you do with sardines?
I’m curious how people are actually making this part of normal life without forcing it?
