Week 1 my fourth day that is day 1 repetition
Standing feels better- more stable. Lifting arms and breathing as well. Twist also ok although a bit stiff in legs.
Standing on one leg is difficult. Right leg is stable but left leg very weak and insecure. Can not stand more than a millisecond on the left leg. Childs pose also difficult with restricted motion in both the upper and lower body.
