Physio, stretching, mobility, strength, chiro, massage, programs, injections - what’s your number? And what is it? Can you beat my number of 12 (if I can count lol)?
stretching, strength and mobility with PT. I was painfree 4 months ago with the above but thereafter my problems started and only temporary relief with physiotherapy
Rotation without engaging hips - improvement with more awareness but I notice that this actually has been an issue during my training previously. Standing a bit of a challenge but more stable on both feet today.
Interesting observations. My weak left side is stronger today. I notice that I have held back a lot in my hips, in particular the left side. But When I do the exercises today for example lifting the right arm while standing on the left leg ( quadruple position) the left leg is not shaking as it did on day 1.
Week 1 my fourth day that is day 1 repetition Standing feels better- more stable. Lifting arms and breathing as well. Twist also ok although a bit stiff in legs. Standing on one leg is difficult. Right leg is stable but left leg very weak and insecure. Can not stand more than a millisecond on the left leg. Childs pose also difficult with restricted motion in both the upper and lower body.
