Experiment #3 — Improving the Community Onboarding
I’m making a few updates to improve the experience for new builders joining the experiment. Changes today: • Simplified the About page • Updated the Welcome post • Added a First Dollar Builder Challenge The goal is to make it easier for new members to immediately try earning their first $1. Current stats: Members: 5 Founding Builders: 0 / 10 Revenue: $0 Question for builders: When you join a community, what makes you want to participate right away?
Experiment #2 — Tracking Skool Discovery Ranking
I’m curious how discovery ranking actually works on Skool. So I’m tracking this community’s rank over time. Starting stats: Rank: ~3902 (Tech(?) category) Members: 5 Posts: 5 Revenue: $0 I’ll update this every day or two to see what affects ranking: • posts • comments • member growth • engagement If anyone else has tested discovery before, I’d love to hear what you noticed.
Experiment #1 — Can a brand new community earn $1?
Day 1 of the experiment. Goal: Earn the first dollar inside a brand new Skool community and document what actually works. Current stats: Members: 5 Founding Builders: 0 / 10 Revenue: $0 Experiment #1 question: What would make a $1 community worth joining for you? • proof it works • interesting people inside • curiosity • something else Reply if you have thoughts. I’m genuinely curious.
