Welcome to Earn Your First $1 on Skool. Choose the path that best describes where you are today.

Your starting point for the First $1 Builder OS—whether you have Standard, Premium, VIP, or Builder OS Pass access. Activate your access and open your private workspace. Standard helps you identify your current bottleneck and choose one focused next move. Premium adds deeper diagnostics, tracked experiments, and your ongoing Builder Record. VIP connects the evidence into a prioritized 30-day Momentum Blueprint. Return here anytime you need the access link, next steps, or support path.

You don’t need a perfect community to get started. You need a clear next step. This blueprint will help you go from idea to launch, avoid common beginner mistakes, and build a community with confidence. Once you’re live, your next mission is simple: earn your first dollar.

This is the simplest path to your first $1 on Skool. No overthinking. No perfect plan. Inside, you’ll get clear on what you’re building, make one simple attempt, and share what happens so you can get feedback and keep moving. This is not a content library. It’s a momentum system for getting your first real proof that someone will pay for what you’re building. Start here. Take one step. Report back.

You got a sale, paid member, trial, payout, or another real signal. Now don’t just celebrate it and move on. Study what created your first result, choose what to repeat, and run your next seven-day experiment. First proof → repeatable proof → momentum.

Not sure what to fix next? Diagnose whether your biggest bottleneck is Clarity, Visibility, Conversion, or Momentum — then follow the path to your next best move.

25 Ways To Get Your First Sale

You’ve unlocked the Builder Templates Library. One of the fastest ways to lose momentum is starting from a blank page.

You’ve learned what to build. Now discover why it works. Builder Psychology reveals the hidden patterns behind thriving communities—why people join, lurk, participate, stay, buy, and invite others. Each unlock gives you a new way to see what most builders miss, helping you make smarter decisions and create a community people genuinely love being part of.

The highest-performing communities don’t rely on pressure—they earn trust. Discover the principles behind communities that naturally create customers through value, relationships, and momentum. Learn why people buy, when they’re ready, and how to design a community where sales feel like the next logical step instead of a sales pitch.

The first sale proves your community can work. The next challenge is building one that grows consistently. Discover the Growth Engines behind thriving communities and learn how simple systems create momentum, strengthen your culture, increase member success, and turn scattered effort into predictable growth. Because the best communities don’t grow by accident. They grow by design.

You earned 30 days of access to the First $1 Builder OS. Use it to establish your starting point, diagnose your biggest bottleneck, and begin one focused experiment with a clear next move. Already Premium or VIP? Nominate one current Standard member to receive your 30-day pass instead.

This unlocks later. Most people don’t make it this far. Not because it’s complicated… but because they stop showing up. If you’re still here, you’ll feel the difference. Nothing to worry about right now.

Communities don’t rise to the level of their strategies. They rise to the level of their leadership. Learn the timeless principles behind leading thriving communities with clarity, trust, consistency, and vision. Discover how great leaders shape culture, inspire action, navigate challenges, and create an environment where both members and the community can flourish. Because people may join for the content… But they stay because of the leader.

VIP members complete all eight Builder Diagnostics inside the First $1 Builder OS, then bring the evidence together into one Full Momentum Blueprint. Identify your primary bottleneck, what to protect, what to fix first, the highest-impact experiment, and a prioritized 30-day plan. Your Blueprint is saved inside the OS so you can revisit it as your business changes and request an optional async review from Joshua after completion. No live call is required.
