Welcome Wagon
Thank you for being here and being curious! Curiosity and courage are ways of progression. Let us have courage as we dive into ourself, our history and birthright. If you're new to the community, I welcome you to introduce yourself, let us know why you're here, how is your body feeling and what are you doing to connect(with yourself, your community, ancestors etc)? If you've been around and lurking, tell us what you're doing to stay active, stay healthy or how are you regulating your inner balance?

Background and History
I started this journey as a gamer. Link Hero of Time, Sonic the Hedgehog, Donkey Kong. If you know these characters you'll see where I'm coming from. As a kid I was inspired to run fast, explore with courage and Curiosity and to be authentic and strong. Running led me to soccer which I started playing at 11 yo. (I was not an active kid) Courage and Curiosity led me to be open minded and to learn the meaning of things, the history of things. (It also sparked a passion of music) Authenticity and Strength led me to learn about myself, my body and my limits. These limits led me to breaking myself. I believed in my Soul that the potential was in me but my body would resist. This led me to constant cycles of growth. Where if you know growth, it is painful, uncomfortable and unforgiving. From mistakes, I learned. From limits I overcame. I sought masters from history, mystics and myths. I was a sponge of personal development information. I dove deep into everything I could incorporate. I became a personal trainer at 21yo. Where physical development became more precise. My success as a trainer led me to connect with spiritual leaders, CEO's, and Doctors. Today 31 yo and beginning my own community here at skool where I am ready to pave the wave for a brighter future. One mind, one body at a time.

Fascia/ Strength Training
I hope everyone is staying connected 🕷. When you talk of training, staying active, staying healthy. Ultimately you will find the fascia. It is what aches when you over train. It is the tension you feel under a stretch. Muscles are there to ignire the Fire, to ignite the movement while fascia hold you together and makes you whole. All exercises and all movement is facilitated through the fascial interconnected web like matrix. Pay attention to these areas, to the fascia. Primitive Movement Patterns
Primitive movement patterns are the foundational building blocks of human mobility, based on how we naturally develop as infants and how our ancestors interacted with their environment. These are often integrated with animal-inspired movements—quadrupedal (four-limbed) exercises like crawling and leaping—to improve functional strength, mobility, and coordination. Many of these patterns align with what experts call Ancestral Movement. These are the shapes our bodies evolved to make over millions of years—squatting, crawling, and climbing—which modern desk-bound life often "erases." Relearning these isn't just a workout; it's a way to "re-map" your nervous system for better movement health. Which is why these movement patterns are the foundation of any great strength training program. If you want to learn how to incorporate a flow the ancient way, check out the course on Animal Style Kung Fu Flow: https://www.skool.com/ancestral-movement-meditation-3155/classroom/a92ff02d or let us know if you already incorporate some of these movements!
